This new and innovative style of property management was started in 2009, four months after Larry and Yasmin Frenette left Northern Michigan to live amongst the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. It was created to protect the assets of homeowners while they are away on vacation or for those who have two homes and need someone close who can handle situations as they arise in a timely manner. These situations could be things such as, “Was the stove turned off?” or “I left something important in the house and would like to have it sent to me overnight to where I am staying.” Because we know you value your property, we always remove our shoes while entering or working inside your home. The services offered are varied and depend on the plan chosen.
